1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging

Note: Certain items like personal care products, custom items, or sale items may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  2. Wait for our team to approve your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Approve or reject the refund based on item condition
  • If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app again
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider
  • If still unresolved, email us at [email protected]

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, if the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
